Brad is the chief investment strategist for Asset Management at Halter Ferguson Financial, Inc. Brad graduated with a Bachelor of Arts in economics and statistics from Northwestern University and is a Chartered Financial Analyst™ charter holder. Prior to joining Halter Ferguson Financial, Brad was a stock options trader on the Chicago Board of Options Exchange for 5 years. Brad is Past President of the CFA Society of Indianapolis and served on the Finance Council of Saint Maria Goretti Church. Brad has been a financial advisor for more than 16 years. Brad manages investments for individuals, families, small business owners, and 401(k) plans. Brad and his wife, Ann-Marie, are enjoying life as parents of two girls, Margaret Grace and Bridget Rose. They enjoy comedy shows, cooking, traveling, and family get-togethers.

Tiffany is responsible for Financial Planning at Halter Ferguson Financial, Inc. She has a Bachelors in Economics with a focus in Accounting and Communications from DePauw University and is a CERTIFIED FINANCIAL PLANNER™ professional. Tiffany joined the firm in May of 2007. She has been working in the finance industry since 2003. She has been a financial advisor and a member of the Financial Planning Association since 2012. Tiffany enjoys working closely with the firm’s clients and assisting them in achieving their personal financial goals. She resides in Indianapolis with her husband Tri and son Carter. Tiffany and her husband enjoy gardening, cooking and entertaining, hiking, biking, and spending time with family and friends.

Matt is the Vice President of Equity Analysis at Halter Ferguson Financial, Inc. Matt graduated with a Bachelor of Arts in Finance and a Bachelor of Arts in East Asian Languages and Culture from Michigan State University. He received his Master of Business Administration from the University of Michigan Ross School of Business. Prior to joining Halter Ferguson Financial, Matt was a Managing Partner at Good Soil Investment Management, a hedge fund focused on disruptive innovation. Matt also has extensive experience in the Energy industry and spent time working in Valuation and Investment Banking earlier in his career. Matt and his wife with their six children live in Michigan, where they are actively involved in their local church and enjoy spending time with their families.

Ben works with the Financial Planning Team to serve the firm’s planning clientele. He has a Bachelor of Science in Finance and Financial Services from Indiana State University. Ben joined the firm in November of 2020 and has industry experience since 2017. He enjoys helping clients obtain clarity and organization around their finances to allow them to focus on their life goals and dreams. Ben resides in Indianapolis and loves the Circle City. He thoroughly enjoys spending time with his sister, nephew, and immediate family. Ben enjoys many extracurricular activities: reading, boating, fitness & exercise, nutrition, and ping-pong, to name a few. Outside of work, Ben is a devoted volunteer for his fraternity, Pi Kappa Alpha. He enjoys giving back to his community and those he is around.

Kelly is responsible for Asset Management client accounting, reporting, servicing and assisting in compliance for the financial advisors. She has been with Halter Ferguson Financial since 2000 and has assisted the Indianapolis financial advisors with taking care of clients needs. Kelly has Bachelor of Science and a Masters in Adult Education from Indiana University. Kelly and her husband Curt have lived in Indianapolis with their two daughters since 1991. They are now empty-nesters and active in St. Matthews Church. When she has free time Kelly enjoys spending time with family and friends, traveling and reading.

Lisa is responsible for financial planning client services and special projects for all of our financial advisors in Indianapolis. She started with Halter Ferguson in August 2016. Lisa attended the University of Wisconsin with concentration in sociology and communications. She is a Wisconsin native who relocated to Indiana in 2003. Lisa and her husband Tony live on the south side of Carmel with their two children, Lincoln (born 2012) and Tessa (born 2021). Every year they enjoy taking a trip to Pennsylvania to visit Tony’s family in the Lancaster area. She loves reading and watching movies. In another life, Lisa has a pen name and is a published romance author. Her debut novel released in Spring 2020.

Amanda started with Halter Ferguson in August 2020. Amanda assists the staff in their Investment Management Client services, assists Ben in the financial planning process, and helps to serve our clients. She has a Bachelor of Science in communication with a concentration in public relations from University of Indianapolis. Amanda brings more than 8 years of management experience, mostly in the not-for-profit sector.Amanda lives in Indianapolis with her husband Jordan, their children Vada and Jack and two beagles. They are active parishioners at Holy Spirit Geist in Fishers and enjoy entertaining with family and friends, traveling and the outdoors, baking and crafting.

Teresa Sandifer started at Halter Ferguson Financial on January 7, 2019. She is the assistant to Bradford Ferguson and oversees the operational side of the firm. She has over 20 years’ experience in office administration and executive support and is a graduate of Anderson University.She is married to Bill, her high school sweetheart, and has two grown daughters. Bill is a pastor in Avon. One daughter is married and has two daughters, Eliza (born 2018), and Edilyn, aka Eddi, (born 2021). The other daughter lives in Nashville, TN and keeps us all entertained with her Instagram adventures. They also have a black lab named Stella.

Stephanie started with Halter Ferguson in May 2022 and is responsible for providing client services, special projects, front office support and operations. She has a Bachelor of Music specializing in Vocal Performance from Wayne State University, and a dual-Master’s degree in Library and Information Science from Indiana University-Bloomington. She has industry experience from 2014. Stephanie lives in Fishers with her daughter Amelia. Both avid animal lovers, they hope to rescue a dog soon. Stephanie enjoys cooking and baking, watching Formula 1 racing, road trips, reading, and spending time with family and friends.

Isaac is responsible for financial planning client services and special projects for all of our financial advisors in Indianapolis. He joined Halter Ferguson Financial in June 2023 as a participant in the Orr Fellowship. This prestigious two-year program, named after Indiana's 45th governor, Robert Orr, positions Isaac at one of Indianapolis's high-growth companies. Isaac holds a Bachelor of Science in Finance, specializing in Financial Planning, from Taylor University. Away from work, Isaac lives in Carmel with his wife, Taylor. They are members of the College Park Church and enjoy a variety of activities, including traveling, outdoor adventures, and participating in various sports. Isaac's dedication to his professional role and his community involvement reflects his commitment to continuous growth and making a meaningful impact.

Ann-Marie is responsible for assisting staff and helping serve our clients through meetings and special events. She started with Halter Ferguson in August 2020. Ann-Marie is a graduate of Saint Joseph’s College with a Bachelor of Science in Medical Technology. She has over 20 years of sales and global marketing experience. Ann-Marie and Bradford have been married since 2011 and have 2 girls, Margaret and Bridget. She is a PTO board member and active volunteer with Saint Maria Goretti school and parish. She is a Chicago area native and still follows the Chicago Cubs. She enjoys cooking, traveling and spending time with family and her Dinner Club of over 17 years.

Jordan started with Halter Ferguson in December, 2023. He brings a unique background in information technology, web design, video creation and editing, content design, and higher education to his role as Digital Alchemist and Code Architect. Jordan has a Bachelor's from Michigan State University in Business and IT, and a Master's of Science in Information from University of Michigan. Prior to joining HFF Jordan was an academic librarian.
